I can understand where we all are coming from. The mixed emotions are too much too grasp. Just wanted to share on an experience we had a few years ago.... On our last trip to WDW, which we always encounter with my in-laws (they're fantastic), was planned and booked for quit a while. Little did we know what was to come. Two months before our vacation my dear father passed away unexpected, my husbands grandmother (god bless her dear soul, what a wonderful woman) weeks later. We proceeded with our vacation plans, thinking this is what we all need. The day we left was sunny and clear and as the plane just got above the white, fluffy clouds my 7 year old son turned to me and said "Is this where Grandpa and Grandma are?" My heart dropped, all i could say was "Yeah, this is it!" When i think about the innocence of our children and their excitement, how can we as parents show them fear by intimidation. I believe in every individuals opinions and choices and just hope that anyone that has a vacation planned, a time to share with their families, a time to laugh and a time to smile, enjoys the precious time they have. As for me, when the plane I'm on on Sept 22, gets just above those white fluffy clouds I will think about all of the victims and their families and pray for a better tomorrow.
