Anyone else excited for Kingdom Hearts II?

I don't know how many of you play video games around here, but Disney's long awaited Kingdom Hearts II comes out tommarow! It an RPG that plays alot like Zelda, but with Disney Characters.

Kingdom Hearts II follows Sora, Donald and Goofy on their continuing quest. It has been one year since the events of Kingdom Hearts. The story begins in Twilight Town, a quite burg nestled between night and day. Sora and friends are joined by a vibrant new cast of characters, including King Mickey, Jack Sparrow, Jack Skellington, Mulan, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and The Lion King. Together, they will encounter countless dangers in worlds both familiar and brand new.

My DH has been waiting for it since he playing KH I. I didn't know it was out tomorrow. I guess if I really wanted to be the good wife I could pick it up for him tomorrow and suprise him.

The days do seem to vary. Target has it for $45 but they have it listed as being released on Thursday.

I'm a little slow, so I just bought KH 1 a few minutes ago. We'll see how that goes and maybe I'll get KH2 before version 3 comes out, LOL.

Eb told me that 3/28 is the ship date, 3/29 is the release date. I'm still going to check out a f ew places tomorrow.

I've been waiting with antici--------pation for Thursday. The screen shots I've seen look awesome, and the Pirates of the Caribbean world and Steamboat Willie world look cool...

Too bad I've got a project due next Monday, so this weekend does NOT look good for KH2 for me. My son will just have to play ahead of me (like he doesn't do that as it is in most games we both play).

DS9 cannot wait!!! However, Mom is freaking out over the $45 price tag. Yikes!!!! At least DS will be paying w/it using his Target gift cards that he's been hoarding for purposes like this!

I have been calling around, Best Buy, GameStop, and they say they are putting the game out on Wed.

I called Target & WalMart but no answer on the electronics dept...yet. I will keep trying.

Thanks for the update! I think our reserved copy will be in later in the week. It's been so long, I forget how KH1 ended. DH told me there is a KH manga series out!

"Manga" are japanese books that are like comics and read back to front.
My 14yodd is into Manga. Although I would say it is not for younger kids at all. Most Mangas are rated "R" imo.

Perhaps the KH Mangas are for the younger set?

DS has been waiting 2 years for this game to come out. Went to Gamestop yesterday. They told us for preorder we could pick it up today at 10:30 am pacific time. He is counting down the hours Though I don't play game, I'm excited for him.
