Okay, first of all, I have to say that I have in fact had food poisoning twice in my life: once, chicken that had not been thoroughly cooked and, the second time, mayonnaise that had gone bad on a Chik-Fil-A sandwich in Cincinnati---almost had to be hospitalized!
I realized that there're some snacks--particularly from outdoor vendors--at WDW that I'd kind of like to try, but then get spooked that between the heat, etc., they may have gone "bad"...I'm thinking of the turkey legs, egg rolls, chicken stand at AK. I so wish I didn't have this paranoia! Even at buffets, I find myself steering clear of mayonnaise-based side dishes or meats that look like they've been sitting out for a while.
Anyone else share in this worry?
