Anyone else do Disney Dining at home

My brothers family and mine do a disney dining once a month till our trip in july since Apr. We make two or three recipes each and the recipes must be from Disney. Wonder if anyone else does this or are we crazy.

Sounds like fun. I know we are so excited to go to WDW in July I don't know what DH and I will actually talk about once we get home from WDW. Where do you get disney recipes from? Maybe we should do this till our trip too!

I tried to replicate the wonderful field greens, warm mushrooms, gorgonzola, and raspberry vinigrette salad I hat at Cindy's last year...turned out pretty close!!

I have about three recipes I'd like to try! You inspire me to get crackin' on them this summer when I have time!!!
