wow, i think that title made absoutly no sense, but anyway......

is anyone else "behind" on with the times, like i am?

i still have my portable cd player, instead of an IPod.

i just got a regular camera for Christmas 2 years ago, you remember....the kind with the film? lol. and still no digital camera. although, we use FFIL's a lot of the time.

and i JUST got a MySpace even tho i've had a Journal for years. of course, i still haven't a clue how to use it, or what it's used for, really. but i think that's my first step to joining the 21st century lol.

anyone else have the same problem? still back in the prehistoric days of film developing and cds??

I'm even behind you!!

I don't even have a portable CD player, much less, an iPod (although my car does have a CD player).

I don't even have a 35 mm camera. Mine died back in the early 90s and I never replaced it. If I go on vacation, I buy one of those disposable ones. How sad is that?

Know what? I still have dial-up internet. I don't have call waiting on my landline. I just bought a digital camera 2 months ago.

i don't have a cd player OR a tape player in my car lol. i'm stuck with the radio, and there is NEVER anything on.

those box cameras are what i USED to use before i got my regular camera! lol. i just wanted a zoom lens of some sort, so that's what i told everyone i wanted for Christmas 2 years ago.

hey, at least i know i'm not the only one now!

lots of people still don't have call waiting. actually, i don't really like it anyway that we have it. it interrupts me too many times.

Not me, I'm an electronics geek. I have every gadget known to mankind.

I won an iPod - but dh and I don't know what to do with it or how to get it to work. I go for my walks in the neighborhood with my radio headphones on. People must shake their heads at me.

No digital camera - still using 35mm film and getting it developed at drug store. It is not a fancy 35mm - just a Canon Owl. I have no idea how to download pics on the computer.

Don't have a portable cd player. We listen to cds and watch dvds on the computer. My brother just gave us a real dvd/cd player for Christmas. Now what to do with it?

We record tv shows on the VCR. Well, actually dh records - I have no idea how to tape with the VCR. We hardly ever rent movies and we were quite shocked when we went to Blockbuster (forget when - was it this year or last?) and found they only had dvds!

When you think of it, it is pretty amazing I am using a computer!!!

I have an iPOD mini, but it was given to me from my brother because it came with his computer, and he already had one. He also made my myspace account(I really didn't want one). The only camera I have is a polaroid camera.

Me! :wave2: I couldn't play a DVD to save my life. I watch TV so infrequently, I have to re-learn how to use the remote each and every time. I do not own a cell phone. I get confused between DVD and CD's. CD's are music, right? ;)

Not me, but my father!

The man is only in his late 50's and yet...

He still listens to cassette tapes, doesn't even own a single CD!

He still goes to the bank during business hours to withdrawl money.

He had call waiting for about 10 years before he figured out what those "beeps" were. Wonder how many calls I missed when I was in high school??

But! He does insist on High Definition TV on a huge plasma screen for his beloved Steelers games. Gotta love the man!

If you would have said the Bears, I would have thought you were my sister :rotfl: . My dad has a ATM card, refuses to use it, he goes to the bank to get money. There is a VP at the bank, (a woman) and my dad who is 73 thinks this woman is his secretary. He has her fax documents for him, he gives out her email address when he needs one. She doesn't mind, I've talk to her several times when I have to email something to my dad, she'll call me, I make sure its OK with her

Hey, I'm still playing albums on a turntable.

I don't have a cell phone and probably won't get one...at least in the near future. I think the world was just fine in the "olden" days before cell phones started appearing everywhere you look...especially...in the car...while driving! :furious:

 I just succumbed to a cell phone....6 days ago! Hubby has had work phone for years we use when we travel...but the "kids" 25 & 27 talked me into it. So I now have cutting edge - "Razr" cell phone with all the bells & whistles...too bad I can't figure out anything but making & receiving calls.:rolleyes1
