When we ate there in Dec 04, they had an awesome calzone. AllEars was updated Dec 05 and it's just showing pizza. Anyone know if that's still all there is? Just Pizza?

easter weekend when i grabbed a slice @ the spoodles window i dont remember seeing a calzone

No more calzones or meatball sandwiches. Only pizza and salads. We also enjoyed the calzones and the meatball subs were decent. We asked the chef at Spoodles about them and he told us that they did away with them last fall. No plans to bring them back.

Bummer. Thanks for the info though, I doubt we'll be making a trip over there now.

I also loved the calzone from the Spoodles window last June. It was much better than I thought it would be.
This is the second time Spoodles has let me down. We loved their breakfast pizza but found last June that it was no longer on the menu. The waitress could not say why they removed it. Now they took away their great calzones. Too bad since they were both awesome. Maybe they should ask their customers what they want and like before making major menu changes.

I believe that the Pizza window is not the same thing as the restaurant.....which I do not quite understand, but that is what I have been told. If you have eaten at Spoodles, you cannot order that pizza, which makes no sense to me.. You can smell it, you can watch it being made, but you cannot order it at your table, it is only for take-out...strange. It is decent pizza too..

I have noticed that Spoodles has done some reducing of items offered...I do not understand that either, why not give the patrons more offerings...the menu has shrunk a bit.

Can I call ahead and order a pizza for takeout? We arriving at the BC around 5 p.m. after 14 hours of travel, and I would think swimming at SAB and a pizza (or two) would fit the bill.
