We have reservations next Wednesday eve; just wondering if anyone has any recommendations from the menu selections?

There are some reviews over on the Universal Trip Report Board you might want to check out.

Have a good dinner & post your experience when you get back!
:D

Here's a link to a thread on the UK board. I ate there a couple of weeks ago and loved every minute of it. I think they change the menu quite a bit, so not sure that recommendations will help. However, here's what we ate and it was all superb:

Me

Appetizer: Homemade Dumplings Box with a fresh pork and ginger filling, hand-rolled, steamed and served with a sake soy dipping sauce.

Entree: Roasted filet mignon with confit of Peruvian potatoes, char sui, macadamia nuts, port wine anise reduction sauce, melting brie cheese and sweet onion crisps.

Dh

Appetizer: Shrimp Toast, house pickled Kim Chee and a ginger, pineapple dipping sauce.

Entree: Kiawe grilled rib eye steak served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, fried maui onions, homemade teriyaki sauce and stir-fried vegetables.

Dh didn't video-tape the dessert menu (!) and I can't remember what we had - if anything (we often skip dessert).

My lord, Deb, now I'm never going to make it to dinnertime. I'm suddenly famished.
