I was there for lunch on Feb. 19th. Yes to the salmon. No to everything else. Flank steak has replaced the prime rib. I believe this happened in 2008. I have not seen mussels there in a few years but maybe I missed them? Saw shrimp for dinner in 2008, but not for lunch this year. In fact, we thought the food selection had dropped dramatically since 2008, especially the seafood and desserts. What we had was very good, but the selection has lessened.
The shrimp is dinner only. The Strip Loin (most of the buffet don't have prime rib anymore) is dinner only also. The lunch carved items are BBQ pork tenderloin and citrus marinated flank steak (both are really good!).

Good to know they still have the shrimp at dinner. DS11 loves it.
I can start a separate thread if needed. But, does anyone know if they still have any of the yummy cakes at dinner? (such as carrot, red velvet, peanut butter....) There were no cakes at all at lunch and we really enjoyed them at our dinner in '08 last time.
