My brother has booked both for our November trip and I wanted to let him know what people thought.

I have never done either of these but through traveladvisior I found a review from AAA on shark dive: http://www.aaasouth.com/previous_issues/may_jun_03/shark.asp :fish: I did not see any review on ATX but there was a site with some general info on it that may help: http://space.about.com/cs/nasa/p/kscvisit.htm I don't know how long of a day that would be but I have been to Kennedy and that is a full day in itself. My guess if he is doing the ATX thing he may not be able to see the rest of the space center unless they give their own private tour as part of the program. Anyway, they both sound fun and adventureous and I sure your brother will love it. :jumping2:

I saw someone doing the "shark dive" at SW on our last walk through. IMHO you are quite restricted in the cage and there isn't a huge amount of space in the shark tank. If sharks are definately your bag then I think it's going to be a memorable experience, however if the diving aspect is what is attractive I would consider the scuba experience in the living seas at Epcot. For me the attraction of scuba diving is the freedom and weightlessness of being under the water with the animals, this is much more of a part of the experience at Epcot than at SW.

From watching both offerings, I would prefer the Epcot experience.

Thanks for your help guys - I'll let him know.

He loves scuba but I think its the sharks that are calling - we're seen the scuba at Epcot before though and it does look kinda cool.

My chap did the shark dive and loved it. He found it amazing and all the people going through the tunnel were waving. They took loads of photos and we bought some which were excellent. It was one of a biggish shark eyeball to eyeball with Nic. Thye give them loads of info and a behind the scenes lookabout too. Anymore info just ask and I'll ask Nic.

That sounds great! I'll be onthe outside of the glass armed with my camera - but if they take some good shots I could get them as a Christmas present :0)
