Anyone done REAS?

We are for our first anniversary on Sept 25th. When is the "gift" left in your room? I am asking this b/c our anniversary is the day of sailing and I would like to have something special sent to the room that day.. like a gift for DH. I am looking at the website and I am not sure that any of the gifts they offer are exactly right. If there will already be a surprise in the room (the REAS package), maybe I will just forget it. THanks!
