Anyone done Member Night at Splitsville?

I thought this was outrageously priced at $47 per adult, but then realized that it includes dinner. Anybody done this? Think it's worth it? How about the "Special Gift" that's included?

We're planning a short trip in July to take advantage of the Neighborhood Beach Bash, but with no other parks. I'm trying to find special things to do that we otherwise don't make time for when we're focused on the parks.

Reports are that you might be mixed with other people, the gift was socks I think, someone posted that their reservation was canceled a few days prior and they were contacted by DVC.

We have not done members night but have been to Spiltsville twice. Both times for lunch and bowling on our last day before we headed home. We will be at SSR this summer and will definitely go again.

The food is good and it's fun to eat and bow! Also, one time with a reservation and another with out. Neither time croweded.

Dummy me, I just realized that this is on Wednesdays, and the Neighborhood Beach Bash (the only reason we're going) is also on Wednesday. Oh, well, thanks for the replies. I'll look at doing it if they move it for that week.

I am in Disney staying at SSR from December 26-January 1. I want the four in my family (adults) to go to Splitsville for dinner/drinks/bowling.
Do I just book this online as a regular ADR when my time comes? Is there a DVC discount?
