Anyone doing the pirate and princess party?

I am wondering because for the five of us it is 177.75us dollars. Do I want to spend that much for exclusive use of MK for the evening with the trimmings?OUCH! The first one is January 22. I think I will need to read a review before I pony up the cash.

We already have our tickets for the event, we are going on March 5th, I too am looking forward to reviews. We loved the MVMCP, so I am sure this will be great as well. We have an appointment for the BBB earlier that day and dinner ADR's at LTT. Everything I have read sounds fun, I'm looking forward to it.

We're going to the Jan 22nd party. I'll be sure to write a review when I get back. We've never been to an event so I'm really looking forward to it.

Does it make the financial analysis any better for you if you decide not to use up a day on your park passes the day of the party? (Even though the party isn't supposed to start at 8 pm, my understanding is that they may let ticketholders as early as 4:30 pm or 5 pm to ease congestion.)

We're going to the last one on March 8th. It's part of three days at WDW before our DCL cruise.

We will also be attending the March 8, 2007 Party!

We have additional park passes from a previous trip and will be doing Disney for two days prior to our RCCL cruise!

I would wait until the trip reports to see what time they will let folks in...I have reaad two different versions..One is that they will only let you in if you have ADR's to one of their restaurants for that evening. And the other is that they will allow you in at 4:30 for the party.

I can't wait until the party reports start getting posted!

We hope to go on March 5th, it will be my 40th.

Although, I have not been to this event, they are good value if you don't go to the park that day. Go in at 5:00 ish and it is a pretty full evening for the price. If you go to a park that day, you might want to hop over to another and not pay your money.

Dh and I are still talking about it. Possibly going either the 12th or 15th of Feb. He's so in to it ( He just wants to wear his pirate costume I made him last year) and Im the one who's not so sure. I might just wear a t-shirt with my name on it. Sara.. it means Princess.

We are also going on March 8, and are planning to have a quiet non-WDW morning and early afternoon before heading over to the MK for the night. As others have said, we're waiting for reports to hear what time we'll be allowed into the park.

Looking forward to it - both our girls want to be pirates and not princesses, so we have to add costumes to our already lengthy packing list It should be a fun experience for everyone!!

We will be there March 8th... Can't wait. I think we will all be dressed up. Last weekend my DH bought a Jack Sparrow wig and DD11 already has her Jasmin outfit. Still working on what DD7 and myself will wear. I made reservations of BBB that same day.
