I don't know about your 11 yr old twins but my 58 yr old DH is trying to figure out how to add in time for this in our next trip.
I think the kids would LOVE it.

Yeah I know , It looks like a lot of fun. I just don't know if they would like to do the fighter jets or the airline. 
I had to add this. One of my twins just broke his foot and is on crutches. Thankfully the cast will come off at the end of the month.
