Anyone do any 'parties' before trip?

When we got the most recent WDW planning video I hoarded it from the family, they don't know I have it.

Dh is out of town the whole week before our trip so exactly a week before we arrive (dh's last day before he goes out of town) I am putting together a little 'party'. Now granted there are only 3 of us, but still I thought it would be fun!

I am going to make a Mickey Pizza with the ears and all, and some Mickey ears cookies, and make a CD of the current Disney theme song and other Disney songs that we will listen to as we eat. I bought Disney plates and napkins.

Then I will break out the planning DVD and we will watch it. Any other things I can plan to do? Ds is 10 so I can't do things too 'young' and he really isn't into the characters.

I might look for some kind of Disney Monopoly or some kind of game like that.

Does anyone else do something similar? Being excited is contageous, and when I started telling ds and dh about our plans, reservations, etc. they both got so excited! I thought it would be a great thing to send dh off with
