Anyone do any of the DVC member extras at DL?

I’m on the phone with member services right now-I booked the morning power walk at DCA and the Soarin’ behind the scenes tour for our stay in June. This is our first stay at the Grand and our first DVC stay as members so we’ve never done any of the events. Any feedback or tips? Other events you recommend? I notice they also have a Father’s Day lunch and a Splitsville member bowling event (those both cost, of course).

That’s so good to hear! I had completely forgot about it and assumed I was out of luck booking just three weeks ahead so was very excited they had availability. Only disappointment is the age restriction-our sixth graders would love it, I think.
