Anyone disappointed with Disney.com My Vacation Web Site?

I'm really frustrated with the Disney.com Book Your Vacation Web Site. For the amount of $$ Disney deals with, you would think you could book your trip, make payments, make PSs and do all sorts of things in the My Vacation section. You can't do anything! I booked my trip and package online, but I can't even make any payments! You should be able to talk online with a Disney person anytime with questions or comments on this web site! Sheesh!
You should be able to make all your PSs online and get suggestions for your vacation itinerary from Disney. Disney needs to get with the Online Community!

I'm disappointed also. The site doesn't support Safari (apple's primary web browser), so I finally sucked it up and used IE (which usually crashes on osX) and the website wasn't even worth it. The little flash movie at the top of the page gets all chopped up if I scroll down. Oh well.

No, I did send an email complaining that it was noted on my Vacation Confirmation email that I COULD make payments on-line, but when I tried, there wasn' even a link anywhere.
Disney simply replied that
"Regretfully we are experiencing technical difficulty with the processing of
payments on the walt disney world website. "
This seems ridiculous that the web site of a company the size of Disney, especially when their majority customer base is probably people who are computer literate, is so non-interactive and non-user (vacationer) friendly. I love to plan months in advance and I hoped the website would provide an outlet for that.
I will try to find an appropriate department to send feedback to.

I can't even get it to take my AP# so I can get info for AP holders.

I tried to check my confirmation number and it said to contact them by phone. Of course that costs $$$.

I'd like to be able to print out everything from Room ressies to PS's and have it all on 1 sheet to bring with me. I think it would be very helpful.

with you on this. Another problem I have is that they are advertizing a special at delux resorts durring Feb - but when you call - there are no rooms available at that price - then REMOVE the ad folks!

I also agree.

I'd love to make payments and PS's online. That would be much more convenient then calling long distance and sometimes being put on hold for quite a few minutes.
