I make stir fry in mine, it's so easy to use and clean and we love whatever I manage to whip up. I just use whatever meat we like, sear it (thin slices work best) in oil then remove it, put garlic and onion in the oil and add whatever veggies we want (water chestnuts, baby corn, brocolli, peas, etc etc) and add sauce (I just get a sauce from the store), add the meat and add cooked noodles. It takes about 10 minutes from start to finish in the wok, very fast, easy and healthy depending on what sauce you use.
