Anyone consider a 7 night and decide it was too long?

Jillpie - I loved everything, but I just don't think any longer than 4 nights is for me. DH could have skipped days 3 and 4 for his part. He isn't a water person, so he was on the CC beach fully dressed down to socks and shoes.
He never even put on either of the two new swimsuits I bought him.
On Wed. (day at sea) we were in the shade by the pools while DD played with friends. He said "if I had a car, I'd be on the way home right now."

I'm quite positive that my next cruise will be without him, just like my last WDW trip and that's OK.

He loves the mountains and not the water (except for his fishing). DD and I like both. To each his own.

Thanks for the different perspective. My gut tells me 7 nights is too long for us but the rest of me thinks maybe we should try it once! My husband is like yours and refuses to get wet so finds some shade and complains about the heat. A week anywhere might be hard on him b/c he likes his computer and big screen tv time. I think it might be different for out of staters who pay airfare to get here and really should spend as long as they can (more practical) and soak up beach and pool time. As FL residents with a 10 minute drive to the beach and owning a pool, I feel like I need to want to do some of the excursions in the ports or it wouldn't be worth it. If its all about the boat, 4 nights should be fine and maybe all the time we'd want all sleeping in the same room. Thanks everyone for their opinions, its all good to hear.

Seven nights? Definitely too short. I think 10 days would be better.

Are you sure they're too young to snorkel? Mine first tried it in Cayman at 3 & 4 and did a fabulous job. We've been practicing in the pool more this summer so they're ready for our trip in Oct.

Salt water is so easy to float in and if they wear a vest it's like ~zero~ work for them. The second they see anything through their masks, they are hooked for life!

P.S. 7 isn't enough! I am dying to do a 10 day cruise somewhere next!

7 days definately too long unless you go in 2007. I vote for the 4dayer of course!Whoohoo 9/3/06!!!!!!
