Anyone care to knock some sense into me??

A nasty woman at work (anyone remember the incident when I was sick and was supposed to help her daughter make some crafts for a boutique?? That's her), did some under-handed and selfish things this week, and I just can't pull myself out of the spirit-crushing, ambushed & betrayed feelings I've been harboring. It's Christmas, I should be happy and excited, and instead I'm in a funk that I can't remove myself from. Maybe I'm just tired, or maybe I need a good kick..... anyone care to help???

I think the hardest part is that I do things for her.... I go out of my way to help her. NEVER AGAIN!! (until of course I get over this, and forget what a nasty person she is).

No, I don't care to kick you, but I will remind you that you have surrendered control to this woman. As long as she has so aggravated you and you react to it, she's got the power. So, Take it Back! As hard as it may be, hide your anger/resentment at all costs; that will be revenge in itself.

Going forward, you are not under any obligation to be anything more than civil to her, unless you choose to be.

You have every right to feel down when someone mistreats you. Afterwards, you tell yourself you aren't going to waste your precious energy and time thinking about them. She obviously have personal problems.

Nope won't kick you either. And you more than likely will go out of your way to help her again. Not because you are fool, but because you are kind hearted person with a generous spirit. Which means you can go to bed each night, knowing that you helped someone else and that you didn't allow them to crush the wonderful and loving person that makes you special.

Put on some Christmas music....count your blessings....hug somebody you love...watch your favorite movie...and above all, know we love ya and you should love you too!!!! Force all of that meaness of hers out of you by concentrating on all that is wonderful inside of you!!! Soon she will be yesterday's news and the smile that belongs on your face will be there!!!!!
