The site says that they offer up 15% off theme-park tickets. They also offer a 10.00 cash back for joining and a 30 day free trial membership. I was wondering if these rates are close to what Connections/Dealpass offers. You can join monthly instead of yearly.

I bought tickets fromthem for our upcoming trip. We paid about $197 each for adult 4 day hopper plus passes. I believe the $10 cash back is to be applied toward a rservation booked through hotwire (hotel, airfare, etc.). The tickets were delivered very quickly - the web site said 7-10 business days, but I received them within 3 days or so.

I think monthly is 7.95/mo. I had same results as Shannon G. Arrived in 4 days.

ordered and received meals vouchers etc. after I placed the first order there was a screen that said I qualified for the $10 check and to send a copy of that page and the confirmation from a future order and they would send me a check It didn't say I had to use it for reservations just that it was cash back. The rates are the connections/dealpass rates at least for the food vouchers and movie tickets. I haven't ordered passes yet- are they the passes or are they vouchers?

Hmmm.... I ordered vouchers about 2 weeks ago and printed out the $10 rebate form. I called to see if my voucher order qualified for the rebate and he told me "no" that I had to make a Hotwire.com reservation to claim it. (?????) Now I'm wondering if I got bad information. Maybe I'll try sending it in. The worst that can happen is they turn me down.

adisneynut - I had no difficulty making and recieving the order. Since things went so smoothly, I'm going to remain a member for at least a month and when we get back I'll look over the other things they offer (like movie tickets) and decide if it's for me. Hotwire Savings Club is owned by the same company that owns Connections, Dealpass and Simple Escapes that is Memberworks, Inc. (MWI).

Thanks everyone for the info. I figured it was about the same I just wanted to find out for sure.

I took Hotwire up on their free month deal, ordered a $25 gift card for BLOCKBUSTER Video, mailed in the copy of my receipt, got my card, bought a video (Lilo & Stitch), bought sweets with the change, bought ten meal vouchers for WDW, cancelled my membership and, today, got a rebate check for $10 in the mail.
Pretty slick.:bounce: :bounce::bounce:

We bought 3 universal tickets from Hotwire a few weeks ago along with several types of food vouchers. Ordered them on a sunday and recieved them by wed! Great turn around!

How much do they charge for the meal vouchers? Are these quick and casual meal vouchers the same ones you can get from Florida Orlando tikets.com? Are they the same price? I know at Florida orlando tickets you don't need to sign up for anything and you can get discounts on character breakfasts, casual meals and park tickets. The meals don't seem to be a great deal...I think they are around $16.00 per ticket. What is the best deal?

I just joined yesterday as well. From what I see Q&C vouchers are $11.25. I only looked at the adult VKL vouchers and they are $30.00 (maybe $30.50 I don't remeber). I'll be ordering soon. Also next weekend going to Outback Steakhouse w/ another couple. Together we are ordering $100 in Outback certificates for $80. Also, thinking about keeping membership through December to order gift certificates for gifts. We'll see.

Could someone please post the 4 and 5 day ticket prices with or with tax please? Are they really 15% off that would be better then the disney website.

4 day plus adult 197.5
same-child 158.2
5 day plus adult 236.8
same child 188.8

this includes the tax

for the hotwire savings club..I also got the certificate for $10.00 by going to Saving club first, printing out the form then buying 4 q/c vouchers...and sent that confirmation in..I only got 4 since I am a chicken but will order more if these come ok. so if it works I got 45$ for 35..what a bargin for 2 meals!

What are the shipping prices for tickets and meal vouchers?

I think the best deal with the savings club is the non-disney stuff
You can buy gift cards for store and restaurants and get 20% back. Unfortunately, they limit you to 15 of each per year.

There was no additional shipping charge for the tickets, vouchers, restaurant cards or anything I purchased. The price listed is the price charged - it includes taxes on taxable items. Used the VKL vouchers at Rainforest this week and have Q&C left for Dec trip so will only have to order a few more before then. First 20% rebates already posted to CC will pay for keeping the memership for another month or two at the least.

Does hotwire sell non-PLUS 5-day park hopper passes? Anyone know how much they are (including tax)?

No they only sell plus passes, The 5 day one is $236.76 for an adult which includes tax and shipping.

I purchased some WDW AKL meal vouchers. Shipping is FREE. Plus with ten bucks back after a mail in rebate, I figured I could not go wrong. I plan on cancelling the membership after 30 days, but it has helped me for the time being.

We paid 161.88 and 204.88 with tax and add 3.00 for shipping for 4 day hoppers. These were purchased on line from disney.com. I don't know if hotwire is cheaper or not. These passes are 4 day, not 4 day plus. We aren't using water parks in January!

4 day plus on Hotwire are Adult 197.47 Child 158.17 no shipping - so even if you don't use the plus it is cheaper than Disney 4 day hopper from Disney.
