Anyone bought ART passes from Get Away Today?

I discovered a good deal for ART (Anaheim resort Transit) passes through Get Away Today. We leave for Disneyland in 3 weeks.
I was wondering if anyone has purchased passes through them online and if so, how long they took to get to you (snail mail).
I'm worried if I order them they won't come in time and then I just have to spend extra money for passes when we get there.
Thanks.

I haven't purchased ART tickets before from anywhere, but I do know that you can buy them online directly from ART and they will send the tickets to your hotel for free. They need 3 business days for that.

Good to know, thanks.
The offer was buy an adult pass and get a free kid pass and 5 days for the price of 3, which I didn't want to pass up. I ended up messaging Get Away Today on Facebook to make sure it was worth ordering with our time crunch.

GAT is also really easy to deal with on the phone...I've always had very pleasant, helpful people when I've called. We usually buy our park tickets from them.

I have been pondering the ART pass myself now that I expect to stay at Super 8 on Katella in late August. But other reports on this area claim that people have been walking over to the Disney Toy Story parking lot and getting on the shuttle, even though they didn't park in the lot. That sounds good since the shuttle is free. But, I am not sure how the shuttle's schedule stacks up against ART's, along with other factors such as the likelihood of one shuttle or the other being full, or not showing up in a timely manner, or coming back to a deserted Toy Story lot which could involve a safety issue. (As you can see, I can think of a lot of things to worry about :scared:.) And since my last trip to Disneyland was 1984, I know next to nothing about how things work today.

The layaway plans must have a final payment made 15 days out to ensure that you receive everything that is sent snail mail in time, so I assume you should be ok. We just booked our first trip with them for this October.

However, we did order only ART passes from them for our trip last July. They were sent it one of the cardboard pouch/envelopes, I don't remember if it was UPS or USPS, but it was some kind of priority shipping. It caught me off guard because they arrived so fast. They even followed up up to make sure we were happy with their service even though it was a 45.00 purchase (that is part of the reason why we decided to go back to them to book our entire trip this time).

We ended up forgetting them at home so unfortunately we didn't end up using ART last trip to have anything to report on. I hope they turn up and will still be valid to use on the upcoming trip. If not we are planning on adding them to our package.

That makes sense about the 15 days. They did respond to me on Facebook and pretty much told me that too, so hopefully they come quick! I don't personally know anyone who has booked with them so I was flying a little blind by ordering kind of close to our trip.

I wouldn't stress about it, they definitely arrived faster than the 15 days they quoted when we ordered too. I really want to say it was within a week. The only difference might be that we are only about 60 miles away from their offices and that may have cut a few days off of the shipping time. They are based out of Utah.

We used them three years ago and they worked great. Their business is located not far from me it's very professional.
