anyone bought a Nook for their kids?

I'm curious if you registered them under your account so you can be in charge of the books they buy and books can be easily shared. Or gave them their own acct so they don't get all your books on their Nooks. Or left them unregistered and just sideloaded their books in. I've seen it discussed on the Nook boards and it's pretty confusing to me which way is best.

I did read it's best to only have one Adobe Digital editions acct per household.
