Anyone Bought a "New" OKW Contract from DVC?

We're really considering taking the plunge, and really trying to figure out where to call home. I talked with our guide today and did not think to even ask about buying OKW. Just wondering if anyone had done that yet with the extended years, and if so, what kind of UY did you get? We love OKW, and AKV would probably be our second choice.

Been a DVC member since 2004 @SSR. Stayed at OKW a couple of times and decided to add on....LOVE OKW!!!
My UY is March.....
$96 per point with 2057 exp. Of course, got the 2007 pts, and only had to pay 1 week of annual dues because I bought in late DEC

We added on 151 points at OKW last month. We have a Dec UY and paid $96 per point

We bought a new contract from DVC 2 weeks ago. We bought 160 pts @ $96 a pt. Our UY is August.

The only promotions available are for SSR and AKV. There have been no Developer points or incentives for the other resorts.

No promo, but we didn't have to pay closing costs. No closing costs on the older properties.

Because it was the exact amount we needed for the villa size we wanted for the same vacation we have each year. It would prevent us from having to bank any leftover points or borrow from the following UY

We became members in November and got 160 points at OKW directly through DVC with a December UY.
