Anyone booked thru Alpharooms.com?

We need 1 nt. hotel before we check into our timeshare in Nov. I recall someone from England mentioning www.alpharooms.com and found a great deal on their website. Sheraton Safari Hotel for only $78 incl. all taxes.
I'm ready to book but just wondering if anyone else has booked thru them and how was your experience? I'll be bringing my parents and db & sil (1st timers) so I'd be really upset to get there and be told we have no ressies!

We also booked thru alpha rooms found to be reccommended here on the Dis. We booked cypress pointe for May 19-26. Hope everything goes smothly. We were able to get a three bedroom for $596 for 7 nights! Slighly less than Hotelkingdom.cpm. Good Luck, if anyone else has experience with Alpharooms.com let us know!

I wonder if we don't pay sales tax by booking out of the country? How else can they have such low prices? Hotel tax in FL is 12 or 12.5%.
