Anyone booked through these guys? http://www.tothemagic.net/

There prices are v.v.cheap but their website looks a tad dodgy?

They don't appear to be part of ABTA or ATOL which would defo stop me using them, unless you guys have had good experiences?

Last time anyone asked about this operator no one had heard about them.
I'm with you. Without the bonding I'd be giving my money to some one else :thumbsup2

Never heard of them - sorry :confused3

Never heard of them, never seen them advertised, and when i went through the booking process I got as far as the payment page and it wasn't a secure site.

It does say something about a bonded bank account and regulated in some way, but can't see anything about ABTA or ATOL.

I wouldn't. up to you though!

ABTA - The Travel Association

Yabop book directly with ABTA member with membership number W1803. ABTA and ABTA members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. They are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by the ABTA's Code of Conduct. For further information about ABTA, the Code of Conduct and the arbitration scheme available to you if you have a complaint, contact ABTA, 68-71 Newman Street London W1T 3AH Tel: 020 7637 2444 or look at their website: www.abta.com.

Your Financial Protection

The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked from our brochure/website and for your repatriation in the event of our insolvency. Where you booking includes a flight, we provide this security by way of a bond held by the Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL number 4279. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. For further information visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk. Where you book a package holiday from our brochure/website which does not include a flight, we provide security by way of a bond held by the Federation of Tour Operators (FTO).

Found that in the terms & conditions. Haven't heard of them or booked with them though.

To be honest even if the company had glowing references from here I still wouldn't use them if they were not ATOL or ABTA members.

Past performance is not necessarily proof of future performance.

For anybody interested, it would appear that W1803 is Walt Disney World, suggesting that they act as a broker and book direct. There's no listing for Yabop themselves on the ABTA site though.

Don't know anyone who's been with them. Considering the current financial climate best to be very careful who you book with. Also remember to pay with a cc if possible as that gives some protection.
