Anyone booked through Magical Vacation Homes?

We're in the process of planning our first offsite stay. I found the best rates on what we need through Magical Vacation Homes. Everything sounds really great, but I emailed them a few questions on Friday and have yet to hear back. I'm hesitant to book yet if it's hard to get a hold of them. Anyone book through them and have positive experiences?

We used them for our Windsor Hill rental last May. Everything was great. The condo was clean and we had no issues with the company.

Have used them twice to book 2-week stays at different WH condos.

I have no complaints at all.
They did seem like they were busy on both times. I suggest you call them, if the question is urgent.
