Anyone Booked on April 15 2012 Dream

Just booked for 4 night Bahamas on Disney Dream. This will be my second Disney Cruise. DW; DD will be 17 and DGS will be 8. First cruise for grandson. This will be April vacation week in MA. Starting with Patriots Day. When we cruised on Magic in April 2009 We started a thread Patriots of the Carribean. Part of the fun pre-voyage was participating in the thread arranging a fish extender ect.
So if there are fellow cruisers for this sailing please respond and we could get an offical link.

Me! DH (Dan), DD (Morgan) and I booked this while on our 7 night eastern Caribbean last month! This will be our 2nd Disney cruise too!

How old is your daughter?
I am cruising with DW and DD Sarah who will be 17 on this cruise. We will also have our grandson who will be 8 at cruise time

Oh, I know Charlton. My grandfather was in the Masonic home there for a few years before he passed away.

Morgan will be almost 12 at cruise time.

Hi all, we've just switched from the 12/26/11 3-day to the 4/15/12 4-day and I'm really excited. This is our second DCL cruise; our first was a 3-ay this year in November. It will be me, DH, DS (26) and DD (13). Would love to meet up with some fellow DISers if anyone is interested in a cruise meet. Also, is anyone interested in doing FEs? I'm happy to manage it with a central spreadsheet with names, ages, room numbers, etc.

Hi Jennifer - thanks for the welcome. We live outside Boston in Wellesley. Would be great if our DDs could meet up since they are close in age. I know my DD can't wait to try out the new tween club and I'm excited that this cruise is a 4-day (our previous was a 3-day) so we'll have more time to enjoy the ship.

We loved the FEs too and this time I know to plan ahead rather than waiting until the last minute.

With all the MA people on board, it definitely will be the Patriots of the Caribbean!

Small world! I work in Natick!

Morgan will be closer to 12 than 11 at cruise time. She was a little too old for the club she was in, but not quite old enough for the 'Tween club, in October. I think she'll be just at the right age for it for this cruise.

I added our room number to the FE list. I'm so excited to start planning!

Welcome Sharon. Glad to see we added another disney cruiser. This will be our second Disney cruise. First was on the Magic in April 2009 school break. We had a great time. We normally visit WDW at least once a year sometimes 2x for last 14 years and counting.Getting hooked on Disney cruising.
We would love to do FE. Did it first time and were suprised by some of the gifts.

For this cruise it will be me Paul (age 53 ) DW Donna ( age 47 ) DD Sarah (age 17 ) and DGS grandson Derek (age 8 )April 2012 ages. Our son and oldest daughter will not be joining us. have one other grandson Tyler age 17 months currently who wont be with us for this cruise-- maybe a future cruise.

We live in Central Massachusetts. Charlton. Just down the turnpike. On 2009 cruise there was a large group of Massachusetts families. Hopefully we will get more n this cruise.

My DH, DD who will be 10 and my other DD who will also be 10 at that time are seriously thinking of going on this cruise. We live in Lexington. I posted a message on another cruising board looking for detailed information as this wil be our first cruise ever.

What are FE's? I am new to all of this.

FEs are Fish Extenders - Basically, a place outside your room where they put your messages and such. People on eBay (and on DisBoards), make custom ones for sale. The cruise we went on in October/November was during Halloween, so this is the one I had made.

Someone will keep track of the people who want to join, and you put little gifts in the pockets during the cruise. It's a lot of fun!

Those are great. What do you look for on ebay? Are there people that you would recommend buying them from? Did you make yours?

On another note: WE ARE BOOKED for April 15, 2012 wahoo, wahoo, wahoo. My husband gave me the go ahead and I booked it about 10 minutes later. He was floored that I had done it that fast!
