Anyone booked GK brunch early June (pricing?)

I am scratching my head at the pricing structure I was given.

CM said it will be 32.50 adults, 12.50 kids with tax and tip included (unless prices increase which he said is likely. ). That kid's number is surely incorrect, right? The price I've seen elsewhere was $17.34. Did he inadvertently leave out tax and tip on the kid's pricing? I hope the adult's price was inclusive because that is very, very expensive compared to even WDW.

So, long story short I wanted to compare the prices you were given for this meal if you booked during early June. Thanks!

Oh, and if anyone knows how the AAA discount works, I'd appreciate that too. Is it 10% off the top? Or, is it a discount off just the meal cost? Thanks more.

Yes, it is that link I am getting the $17 from but that is not what a Disney CM told me. The reason I am asking SPECIFICALLY about early June is that there seems to be some confusion as to which season the pricing is. The price I was given indicates it is not priced at summer or spring break rates, in any case. The CM clearly meant that there could be a general price increase, not a seasonal one - those have already been set.

In any case, since it doesn't seem like that question is going to be answered (I'll call Disney dining back and report what another CM says) ... I am still interested in hearing how AAA works - 10% off the top or do they deduce the actual meal portion minus tax and tip and take 10% off that? Trying to determine whether to do vouchers or not (this question was NOT addressed in the earlier thread, just the % of the discount)

It was recently posted that they are now making kids' meals cheaper.

The kids price is now just $12.99 plus tax and tip, but does NOT come with the Goodie bag. That is now a seperate item at $9.99 plus tax.

That is the new BBQ, not the Goofy Kitchen brunch. Wouldn't it be nice if they were rolling back all the kid's prices? But in the BBQ's case they didn't lower the price really, they took a value-added item (the goody bag) away so it ain't ever gonna happen.

Call the hotel for an explanation. I think they may be lowering prices to get more customers in. When mom and I ate at Goofy's Kitchen it was half empty at almost noon. The barbecue was not selling so they lowered prices so why not Goofy's Kitchen also.

Maybe the CM did leave out tax and tip? Possibly call back and speak to another CM (hopefully!) and ask again.

When I called about GK last month the CM told me that they don't really know the prices ahead of time as DLH is the one who changes them depending on how many guests they get within the previous month. I don't know how true that really is because I've never heard that before. But she did confirm that prices raise/lower depending on the season. Since you're going in June (summer time) I would assume for the higher prices.

BUT, I would call again and see what another CM tells you.

Just wanted to update ... called again and this CM says the price is 32.51 adult/17.50 kids. I wonder if the first CM mistook the "7" for a "2".

Also, AAA 10% discount is a flat discount off the top.
