In the confirmation email Ive printed off, it states that a travel pack and tickets will be sent by post if booked more than 10 days before date of travel, less than 10 days will have to be collected at DLP. I booked 3 months ago and havent had anything yet, do they usually wait this long?:confused3

How are you travelling & did you book it all together?

I usually book accomodation with Disney so only need the print out. You get your park tickets etc when you check into the hotel

I've booked separately with Euro Tunnel, so only hotel from Disney, the confirmation printouts from Euro Tunnel were straight forward enough, just need the booking ref but the Disney confirmation PDF just looks basically like a letter with some t&c but if thats all I need to book in thats great, thanks :cool1:

I booked direct and got sent my confirmation etc/letters/ to hand in at airport etc 2 weeks ago, so dont worry, it will all arrive soon

That's all you will need for checking into the Hotel. They will issue park tickets etc when you check in.

yeah i didnt get anything sent in the post either. you just need the first page of the printout. i think it has your name and a booking ref number on it

Ok, cheers peeps, I'll try and stop stressing :headache: another really stupid question, check in is 3pm apparently, do you have to wait til then before you can get your park tickets? I booked a B&B in Marne La Valee 4 mins away from DLP so we can get there early as pos on the first day and its just hit that may have been a waste of time! DOH!

You can check in at anytime, it's the room that may not be availiable until 3pm. They will give you your tickets when you first check in so you can get there as early as you want to

:cool1: :woohoo: YAY! Thanks, youve made my day!   Sorry to get over excited I've only ever had one holiday in 16 years (that was a week in the UK) and Christmas day at Disneyland I thought I'd only ever dream about!

I always book by phone and pay by bank. The only thing we ever received was the bill to pay with the bookings number.

When we arrive I just give them our name and the number and that's it. It Works really fine and smoothly :thumbsup2

Thats alright then, :yay: Ive got the booking ref, I wont expect anything else to arrive in that case, I just hope I dont forget to take the prinout with me

It doesn't even matter if you do (I forgot mine) and they got it through my name and address and asked for passport etc. Wasn't any hassle and it "appeared" to happen a lot according to the CM (although he may have been trying to make me fell like less of a numpty)

Ooh thats good to know, I started packing and making lists 3 weeks ago (I know, but I'm too excited!) and I know I'll forget something important, as long as it isnt the passports! I had visions of having to stare longingly through the gates and wishing I hadnt forgotten my booking details! :rotfl:

Yes you just need the top sheet of your print out. Mine has a barcode printed on it. They have your park tickets at reception and you can leave your luggage with the concierge (is that how you spell it?) The do ask for your passports so have them to hand when you check in as it speeds things up if you don't have to rummage in your luggage for them.

I'm so unobservant! Just had another look at the printouts and noticed the barcode at the top! Thank you for that. I've only read it about 800 times and never noticed! DOH! Thanks for the tip to have passports at the ready :thumbsup2 would never do to waste valuable park minutes looking for those :hourglass

Oh right, so they don't check everyone then? Talking of passports, I dont even have one yet, still hasnt arrived

I just fill in the form they give you and that asks for your passport number. Never had to hand my passport over to them.

They didnt even check my ID when i checked in last friday.. Anyone could of fobbed themselves off as me.
