Anyone book online?

I booked my room only ressie on line, and just found out that you cant make payments.
What a bummer!
Have any one of you switched a ressie from online to cro?
If I decide to do this, which number should I call to do it? Will it be a big pain in the rear if I do?

I did it. I only booked online because the room we wanted was available online but not on the phone with CRO. Go figure!

Anyway, I kept calling to check on availability and when CRO FINALLY had the Poly LVC available I cancelled the on line ressie and booked on the phone.

I did not like on line booking. If you had a question and called CRO they seemed clueless on handling internet booking questions. There was also no way to apply a discount such as AAA or AP. Not good!

Yes! I totally agree! Every time I call, I have to go over all of my info with them even though I just gave it to them the day before. It's like they never typed in the changes.
Email address is wrong, wrong phone number, etc...
Then they have to look for my reservation for what seems like eternity, because they cant pull it up with my ressie number.
OK, thats it. I'm switching.
