Anyone book for Feb 2005 at POR?

Hi - I'm feeling VERY behind in planning. In fact, I've done nothing at all. Has anyone made their reservations for Feb. 2005 at Port Orleans Riverside? Any good deals - what should I ask for? Thanks!

Since no one has replied I will. I made our reservations for POFQ about one month ago. I received a AAA rate of $107 per night for 6 nights beginning 2/15. Now I'm just waiting to see if codes will be released to lower my rate.

Me too. February 12, 2005 at POFQ for $107 AAA rate. We are staying one night before our Disney cruise.

Do you all prefer POFQ ovr POR? I've only visited POFQ once - seems cute Any input on one vs. another? Thanks!

I haven't stayed at either of them yet but here is why I choose POFQ over POR:

I like that the buses pick up here 1st

I also like that the resort is more compact (not so spread out)

I do think I would like the grounds over in the Mansion section better but other than that the two pluses above out weigh this.

Hope you get more responses from others who have actually stayed at both of these resorts. I'm sure you could find some threads that say POR vs POFQ if you dig a little.
