Anyone booked this crusie yet what are you excited for and what do you anticipate it as far as activities go!

I actually just sent my TA a note to book us on one of these in Feb. It wasn't so much that it is a Pixar cruise though, it's just that the dates match up with what I wanted. :) I imagine the activities will be similar to the MDAS and SWDAS, so character interactions, special menus, special events that get the audience involved. I have been reading your trip reports and you said your son is 1? I think that will be a perfect age for this cruise.

yes thanks so much for reading too by the way I truly appreciate it ❤️

I'm sure it'll be similar to Star Wars and Marvel Days at Sea. Maybe look at old trip reports for those days to get an idea

Not specifically a Pixar cruise but there is supposed to be a Pixar day on the 10 day Hawaii cruises.

No real expectations but I have shirts for us to wear that day.

We are booked on the Vancouver to Hawaii cruise, can you share where you saw there was a Pixar day? I haven't seen any specifics about what's happening on those cruises.

We are also booked on a PDAS in January. We've done a SWDAS so it will be interesting to see how they are similar/different. I would assume they will be showing the movies in the theater and lots of characters around the ship.

Someone on the FB group called DCL concierge shoreside months ago and was told that....could it not happen, sure....things change all the time. This was for the Hawaii to Vancouver one.

Also I found a company that sells really nice Pixar (and other franchises) shirts that are not t-shirts but button ups. The fabric (they call it Kunuflex) is so nice. They are pricey but I found some on Shop Disney on sale and on Hot Topic and LunchBox that usually has a discount code. Click on either link below

I hope we have a Pixar Day on the Hawaii cruise!

There are 5 of us who booked a Pixar Cruise for January 2023. We are all excited and are trying to learn more about Pixar itself and the movies.

Most of us were in DVC HH Resort last week, and we went to all the Pixar trivia, and we did an animation of Squirt.

I'm interested to see some of the vlogs once they start coming out of the Pixar Day at sea. I am sure it is going to be very similar to Marvel and Star Wars days. I'm surprised it took Disney this long to do one that is more younger kid friendly although my family is Star Wars crazy and we are super bummed it replaced Star Wars for now.

Usually you could expect more characters around, special meet and greets, etc. If you look up some of the other special cruises vlogs on Youtube it'll give you a ball park idea :)

My son is one now and will turn 3 by the time we crusie again next year I believe their only bookabke until March which makes me sad
