I am considering visiting the Adventurer's Club while at Disney. Has anyone ever been? Can you give me details about the experience? THANKS

We've been there several times and had a great time there. It's very inter-active and you can literally spend hours there. I'm not sure how planned everything is. The best I can tell you is to go and have a few drinks and see what happens.

We're looking forward to going back in October.

This is one of our favorite clubs at DTD. It is a blast! We always have a good time interacting with the CMs and the shows are corny but pretty funny...especially after a few drinks. The experience usually starts with you going into the main bar area and having a few drinks while you examin the thousands of curios on the walls. Cast members (the club members, dressed in costume) will come up and interact with you, usually telling you stories and talking about where you are from, etc. There are some small rooms off of the main room where the CMs will take a few people and tell stories. About every hour and a half or so everyone is herded into a large library for a show. Again...we have always had a great time...you just have to stay loose and go with the fun. pirate:

We make a point of stopping by the AC every trip; it's one of our favorite ways to spend an evening. KUNGALOOSH!

AC is one of my favorites even though I always get picked on for something by the CMs, last time I nearly jumped out of my skin when the Maid yelled in my ear to get the attention of the entire club, she then proceeded to try to scare me several more times during her speech. My dad found this particularly humorous...It was closed for a private event last time I was there but I'm hoping for Spring Break I'll be able to spend some time in there, it's always a scream.

Adventurer's Club is a blast, although not for everyone. I can't get enough of it, but my parents, for instance, are just confused by the whole thing. :) The costumed Club Members put on scripted shows, and also improvosationally (is that a word?) interact with guests. Lots of silliness and fun, if you like that "FUN" thing...

I went there on my last trip and had a great time. It's very funny and not at all like a "bar". I highly recommend that you go and stick around until they have a library show. It's well worth it!
