Anyone been to Science North in Sudbury?

I heard it is an amazing science center for little ones with everal IMAX movies. Would love to know what parents thought of it and what you recommend seeing...

Hi,
I live close to Science North. It is a really neat place if you have never been. Our public school busses the kids there for day trips for learing. It is about 3 to 4 stories high, and they have tons of learning centres. The kids seem to love the bed of nails. The huge lego area as well. They have some creatures, snakes, spiders, praying mantis and a butterfly conservatory! They have the Imax theatre, don't know what it playing right now. It is a good place. You can get some good deals for motels and combos.

We love Science North, our wedding reception was upstairs in The LakeHouse Restaurant (used to be called Landings) w/ floor to ceiling windows overlooking - yes, the lake! It was gorgeous, everyone loved it.

It's a fun day for families w/ lots to do & we always try to catch an IMAX.

We went last year and my kids really enjoyed it. We are just back from camping at Grundy Lake and the kids were bummed we wouldn't drive into to Sudbury to go again this year!
