Anyone been to Parkside Market in DTD?

Has anyone tried out the new food court (Parkside Market) in Downtown Disney? Specifically the quick service places like Seoul Sister or GG's Chicken Shop? Our flight arrives at noon on a Thursday. We want to drop our bags at the PPH and head into DL as soon as possible. But we need to grab a bite of lunch first.

Just wondering how fast the food comes out and if there is enough of seating.

After watching at least 4 Disney YouTubers do videos of it, it looks like there is a lot of seating downstairs, upstairs and on a patio upstairs

The food is quick service at the counter or you’ll get a buzzer that you bring to your table, when placed in a specific area on the table they can track it and know what table to bring it to

DH and i tried the coffee place, sip and sonder, worst coffee we have ever had. DD16 tried the chicken place and she liked it.

Yes we were just there and i don't think there is a lot of seating based on having 3 restaurants but there is the outside. There is plenty seating but i can see it getting packed. The upstairs we did not go to but it was the Vista lounge i guess. It is mostly just drinks. Not sure if you can sit up there if you ordered downstairs but you probably could.
