We are tentatively considering heading back to Ko Olina for Dec 30 -Jan 8 with 4 nights from Jan 3-8 at Aulani. Have any of you been during the New Year holiday time frame and if so
a) was it crowded in the general area? (Ko Olina/Kapolei) Was it crowded at Aulani?
b) were the pools at Aulani warm enough/heated?
c) were there any special events for the New Year? I assume there will be fireworks but anything else?
d) if you are planning to go during this time, have you done any research for the above stuff?
