We were at US last weekend -- and here's the proof! We helped on a parade balloon!

Really -- the crowd was not anything like when we went to MK that evening.

Since the parks are opening at 8 am instead of 9 am this week, i suggest you get there when the gates open with a plan in mind of what you want to do first, then second and so on. I went on 12/26 and was there at 7:45 am. I had Men In Black pretty much to myself until 10 am and the line was only just starting up the steps in the loading area at 10:30. So i had about 2 hours plus of no lines and no wait.
I did notice that the line, when i was leaving at about 11 am, for SHREK was long. i mean out into the street long. same with Earthquake. Jaws was 5 minutes.
