I am just curious how busy it was. Was there long wait times for rides? We were there in Feb for our midwinter break and it was very busy. We are thinking of going for spring break next year. Just wondering what time would be better. My husband thinks we should just stick to August. Cheaper prices and less crowded. The worst part in August is the heat.

We were there from 3/31 until 4/5. This week was supposed to be a tiny bit less busy than the week before but there were tons of people there

We only did Magic Kingdom and EPCOT but got to each park early. Magic Kingdom for the 7am EMH and EPCOT at 9 when it opened. Because we did that we were able to get on the main rides early and then leave to take a break midday and come back later. I dont believe any of the parks ever got to capacity when we were there

Going to MK for the EMH was a must for us with 2 girls (teenagers!) wanting to do Enchanted Tales with Belle and the Little Mermaid ride. Especially Belle as it gets super long waits as the day goes on. We also were able to do Buzz and Space Mountain with little wait.

So yes it was very busy and at some points hard to get through the park but we managed by doing fastpasses and getting there early. Downtown Disney was crazy!

Oh...and there were ALOT of people from Michigan and alot leaving when we did (leaving Florida!) Traffic in Florida and Georgia on I75 was pretty bad

Just got home today. We arrived April 2, went to MK that night & it was PACKED. Almost like Christmas packed. The rest of the trip I would say was a 8 out of 10(being busiest). Yesterday we went to MK and that was quite a bit slower than the rest of the week. I bet it was dead today. Wish it would have been warmer!

When I was there in Feb. there was a lot of people from Michigan. I guess with our winters we need some warmth. Also my neighbor was driving back from Florida and she said Georgia was like a parking lot. Thanks for the info.

We did a quick trip before Easter to Gatlinburg and on Saturday, before Easter, I-75 (going South) was insane! I have never in my life seen it like that and I travel I-75 all the time!

We've been during spring break (last week of April) and in August (mid to late August) and I've found the crowds were about the same, but the weather was better in April.

If your Spring break is around Easter, I would go in August. Friends of our went to WDW over their Spring break which is the week after Easter Sunday and it was packed. I couldn't believe their pictures. It was wall to wall people.

We were there last Monday & Tuesday.

Only went to MK & Epcot

Lines were long. Nothing less than 45 minutes at MK except for things like TTA, CoP, treehouse, tiki birds, ect.

Teacups, small world, jungle cruise, dumbo, the train (!!!!) all had 45 min + waits.

Buzz Lightyear was up to 90 min at one point, so was Pirates. Mountains all hit over 2 hours.

At Epcot, Sorin was at more than 3 hours. Test track at more than 2. Spaceship Earth was long.

Epcot wasn't miserable, but we didn't ride Sorin. Fast passes were gone by about 1030am.

MK was miserable.

We just got back. We went from April 2nd until the 7th.

I would say the crowds were moderate to heavy at times.

We went just in Dec the week between X-mas and New Years and it was nothing like that.

Most of the wait times were between 30-45 mins. Some rides were 10 mins at one point of the day, but could jump up to 90 mins at another point of the day.

Such as we walked onto Splash Mountain 4 times in a row, but earlier in the day the wait was 75 mins. Same thing with Star Tours at opening was 10 min wait, mid day was 30 mins, night time was 60 mins, but during F ! was walk on.

We had a much better time over spring break than we did in Dec.

We have gone all times of the year, and for us Sept has been the best twice.

We were there just one day -- at Epcot on the Wednesday before Easter.

It was busy, but not as bad as I expected. I really worried that we'd only get to do one or two things all day. Standby lines for the major attractions were very long. At one point, Soarin' listed 260 minutes. (That's over 4 hours!) However, we were able to hit them all by utilizing FastPass. There were also a number of things that had pretty short waits -- Journey Into Imagination, the Nemo ride at the Seas, Captain EO, etc. were all walk-on or very short waits. Spaceship Earth was about 25 minutes (in the late afternoon. It had been longer earlier in the day). We also watched a couple of the performances in the World Showcase and enjoyed those as a nice break.

We normally go during less busy times and I was really worried that we would spend all day waiting in lines. We didn't get to do as much as we normally do and there was definitely more waiting than usual... but when we left everyone said they'd gotten to do "everything they'd really wanted to do" so it was successful. Spring Break probably wouldn't be my *first* choice of weeks, but I would go back again and be confident that (with flexibility and planning) we could still have a really good time.

There were several threads on the Theme Park Attractions & Strategies board the week of Easter. Magic Kingdom was at a Stage Three Closure at least two days (I think three).
