Anyone back after going with "criminal" visa??

Has anyone come back yet that has got in through the "criminal" visa rather than the Visa Waiver Program? I'd like to know whether they stopped you at the airport when you arrived as they saw you had "that" visa and if they questioned you, how long for etc!

Are you saying that you have been granted a VISA with the USA knowing of your past.....would that not mean you were to be given entry? As this had already been decided ? or are you worried that for security they will check you all over due to your status ?
