Artist Point is one of the places we are considering for our upcoming December trip. Would love to hear any opinoins.

Ate there for the third time in June. Every meal has been great!

we ate there this past july. both of us has the cedar salmon. it was average. nothing too great. probably wouldn't eat there again at those prices.

We eat there every trip. Last time was this past May. We love it!! Food is excellent, and the chef's selection menu was a good value, imho!!

Not to miss is the Smoked Portabello Mushroom Soup and the Artist Point Berry Cobbler. For entrees, I had the beef in May and my DH had the Buffalo. Beef was awesome, and DH loved the buffalo...

We've never had a bad meal there!!

Great atmosphere, so-so food and overpriced for what you get ( even by Disney standards

We ate there for the second time on September 6th.

The first time we had miserable service and a bad meal. Some trusted DIS'ers convinced me to try again, and I was glad we did. The second time around the food and service were very good.

I felt the portions were excellent for the price paid, and will definitley go back.

While it isn't my favorite WDW restaurant, it's definitely right up there with the contenders.

I have to agree, the smoked portabello soup alone is worth the trip!!.

I thought the salmon was wonderful also.

We have been going to Artist Point since it opened. We love it..the meals and service are always wonderful. We were most recently there this past March.

Enjoy!

Just returned yesterday and we went to AP for my parents 45th anniversary. It was a wonderful meal. Me and mom got the salmon and it was very good. DH and dad got the buffalo and said it was great. We all had the mushroom soup which was fabulous - DH got the venison rolls and he said it was ok. We all did the wine paring which was great.

They brought the cobbler over as an anniverary treat for my parents (yummy) - they gave my mom the recipe for the soup, salmon and cobbler and they even gave her some cedar planks! they had personalized their menues that said happy 45th anniversary on them. was it the best meal we ever had - no, but it was a fantastic meal with great service. we enjoyed walking around the hotel and stayed in the lounge for a drink as we didn't want the evening to end!

Thanks everyone. I think we will give AP a try in December. We always like to try and eat at one new place on every trip.
