I am wondering how long the waits are for TS meals AFTER you check in when you DO have adr with the FD?

Late yr I recall a significant wait specifically at Ohana and Akershus AFTER checking in WITH an ADR during FD in Sept and am hoping this yr won't be a repeat?

Here are the restuarants we are going to:
Cape May Cafe -dinner
WCC -dinner
Ohana -bfast
Ohana -dinner
1900 PF -bfast
Tusker House -bfast
Akershus -bfast

TIA!

I just got back on Sept 10th. While I didn't dine at any of the restaurants you list, I did dine at:

Les Chefs de France
Le Cellier
California Grill
Kona Cafe
Jiko
Via Napoli

The wait after we checked in was no more than 5 minutes at all of the above.

We were there for the first week of free dining and always showed up about 15 minutes prior to our reservation. One lunch we showed up 30 min early and they seated us right away. We never had more than a 5 min wait except for 50's Prime Time. I'd say we waited about 15 minutes for a seat. We were also on the Deluxe dining plan and had a sit down meal almost 3 times a day! It was a ton of food!

We just back 10 days ago. We had ADRs at the followimg:

Le Cellier
Chef Mickey's
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Coral Reef - which was mostly empty. they gave us the buzzer - it went off in 30 seconds
'Ohana
Tony's Town Square
Tusker House (bkfst)
Crystal Palace (bkfst)
Akershus (bkfst) - which was 75% empty even though it was fully booked

It was pretty much less than 5 minutes from when I checked in until we were seated with the exception of Le Cellier which was about 10 minutes as were were about 15 minutes late (in a downpour) and WCC which was about 15 minutes, but we checked in about 30 minutes early.

i havent gone on my trip yet this year but last year and the year before i was there during free dining and the only LONG wait i had was for dinner at BOMA.

We were there the first and second weeks of free dining. First or early seatings for a particular meal were always really quick, generally 5 minutes or less. The only long waits we had were for last breakfast seatings. Those were over half an hour at 1900PF and 'Ohana and 15-20 minutes at Tusker House.

Just got back on the 12th. Had 8 nights of FD. Never waited more than 5-10 mins. At a few we showed up 30-45 minutes early and were seated immediatly.

Coral Reef, Teppan Edo, Ohanas and San Angel had all tables full. The others were fairly busy but had a few empty tables.

Our ADR's were at the following:
Tony's
Coral Reef
San Angel
Teppan Edo
Kona
Ohanas
Chefs De France
Le Celliar

We just got back - we were there from 9/2-9/12. We were usually seated immediately or within 5 minutes of checking in & most of the time we arrived early for our adrs. The only exception was 50's PTC - we waited 15 minutes but we were 30 minutes early for our adr. Our adrs were at the following:

Coral Reef (dinner)
Chef Mickey's (breakfast)
Tony's Town Square (dinner)
Boma (breakfast)
Le Cellier (dinner)
Sci Fi (lunch)
50's PTC (dinner)
Crystal Palace (breakfast)
Ohana (dinner)
Ohana (breakfast)
Cinderella's Royal Table (dinner)
T-Rex (dinner)
Teppan Edo (dinner)
Kona Cafe (breakfast)
The Plaza (dinner)

We got back a couple of weeks ago (during FD). We were seated quickly everywhere except 1900 Park Fare dinner (maybe 30 minute wait). That place is always running behind if you're not on the first seating though).

O'hana dinner
50s for lunch
Les Chefs for lunch
Crystal Palace for breakfast
Cape May for dinner

We just got back (9/3-9/11,) and I thought our wait times for our adr's were really nice and shorter than in previous years. I'd say the longest we waited was for the Plaza, and that was probably about 15 mins.

We had adr's at the following:

Plaza (twice)
Chef Mickey's
Tony's
Sci-fi
Crystal Palace
1900 Park Fare

We got back Sept 7 and never waited more than 5 min. We even got same day reservations a few times for lunch.

We didnt have a long wait really anywhere. Akershus Breakfast was the longest, but it was the photo with Belle that made it take longer.
For dinner - Chef Mickeys, Ohana, WCC, Tonys Town Square - very little waits
For lunch - Coral Reef, Crystal Palace - very little wait
Dont think we waited more than 10 past our ADR time anywhere. Oh and we were there a week ago.

We went from 8/28-9/4. The most we waited was an hour for the Toy Story ride at Hollywood studios! Everything else was at the most maybe a 20 minute wait.

Went first week of Sept. No waits more than a few minutes except for Chef Mickey dinner, that was maybe 15-20 minutes.

We just got back 9/11 (try flying out of MCO that day, no fun!). Our reservations were:

Teppen Edo (dinner, 5 min)
Akershus (dinner, 15 min)
Crystal Palace (bfast, 0 min)
1900 PF (5:30 dinner, 30 minutes!!)
Sci-Fi (lunch, 0 min)
Whispering Canyon (dinner, 0 min)
Le Cellier (dinner, 5 min)
Tusker House (bfast, 20 min)

We loved all the restaurants! The only time I was frustrated was at 1900 Park Fare. I thought the wait was ridiculous as we had early ADRs. I was so glad I had an early sitting!

We just got back on Sunday and we never really had a wait. 5- 10 mins at most. We dined at Cape May, it was great.

We got back on the 12th and had ADRs at the following restaurants:

Maya Grill
Le Cellier
Crystal Palace
Chef Mickey's
California Grill
Mama Melrose
Sanaa
Kona

The longest wait we had was Chef Mickey's and we probably waited 8 minutes. Everything else was under 5 minutes - they even sat us early at Sanaa and Maya Grill.

We're here now :) Here is my list so far...

Chef Mickey's (dinner 5pm)- 0 mins after checking in, but had to wait app 10 mins in line to check in
Biergarten- (dinner 5:30pm)- 5 mins
Boma- (dinner 6pm)- 5 mins
Hollywood & Vine- (lunch 11:55pm)- 5 mins
Crystal Palace- (lunch 3:30pm)- 5 mins

Overall TS waits have been great. CS waits have been very long at some places though.
