Anyone already planning for Dec. 2005?

Since I had to postpone our Dec. 2004 trip due to medical reasons, I just had to ask if anyone else (aside from me! ) is planning on a trip next Dec? We could probably, medically, be able to go back to Disney much sooner than Dec., but since I LOVE the Christmas season in WDW, and by that time ALL the new attractions should be open, it just makes sense to wait that long.

Who else wants to join the "Over 400" club??!!

I am. Well, we're actually going the weekend after Thanksgiving which is technically still Nov but we'll still be there dec too. Will be our 2 DDs first trips so I am definitely already planning! We're going to stay at Beach Club...what about you?

Sorta, kinda, but I haven't told DH yet. Gotta get this trip started first!

DH is planning to go back to school for yet another degree...I swear, he wants to use them for wallpaper.......and he will start in January and finish in December....happy graduation gift!

We're trying to go in Dec05 to celebrate my gratuation from colllege finally (it's been a long time in the making). It will also be the first time for my son who will be 2.5yrs old. We are also thinking of asking my mother-in-law because she does a lot for us and maybe she can watch Colin so that my wife (skuttle) and I can have a nice evening alone together.

We are planning a family trip with about 9 of us. Waiting to hear which works better for everyone. We will try for WLV as we are DVC.

We're staying at Fort Wilderness. I just moved the "old" reservations to exactly one year later. There are so many new attractions that will open by then.............Mission Space, Mickey's Philharmagic, Stitch's Escape, the stunt show in MGM, Soarin', Expedition Everest, a new show in front of the castle......................and my son's favorite attraction (NOT ) Small World, will be reopen!!! Am I missing anything!!??

Sounds like a bunch of us will have a reason to celebrate next year!!

We are going the first week in December 05. Dh and I, our 5 children, and my in laws. We have never gone during Christmastime before so I am very excited!

We are too! DS (7) DH and I. WE are trying to convince gramma and grampa to come with us again, but doesn't sound like it...so, if they won't we are gonna buy my dad an airplane ticket, get a 3 bedroom condo and say Merry Christmas!!!

We are!! My sister her DH and DD will probably arrive on Dec. 15, 2005. My niece's 3rd birthday is Dec. 16 and they plan to go for her birthday. I'll arrive at WDW the evening of Dec. 16 to join them and I plan on staying until the 22nd or 23rd. Other family members will also go. My DD plans on going on the 15th with my sister. I'm sure another sister of mine will go as will my mother.

As my DH (LSURyan) has said, we are planning a big trip in Dec 2005 to celebrate his graduation and DS's first trip!! We went to WDW in Dec 2001 and I LOVED it...I think it's my favorite time of year to go. I love all the decorations and the weather. Since DH will be a teacher, this will be our last chance to go during Christmas (unless we go the week of Christmas but I'm not sure I'd want to do that!).

We've been talking about this trip for a looong time! Our last trip was in March 2003, but I think even before then we were talking about DS's first trip....all the things we'd want to be sure to do, places to eat, how we'd handle going with a 2.5 year old, etc.

To make things more exciting, we're hoping that my mom will be able to come with us. She hasn't been since the time we went when I was in 5th grade (I'm almost 26 now!)....so there's also all the restaurants, attractions, etc that we'll want to show her.

Needless to say we are excited! I can't wait until I get my bar results (end of the month!) and get a "real" job...then we can start planning for real!

Not actually planning as far as making reservations yet, but yes..ever since we returned from our Dec 2002 trip.

We said we would go again in 3 years when our youngest was older.

It will probably be Thanksgiving weekend, however; so I do not know if we will extend into Dec.

It will be an All Stars resort for us.

Unless something strange happens, I am sure I will make my annual trip to WDW right around the 1st week of Dec... probably staying at OKW myself.

We're going in Feb. 2005 though so that's what we're focusing on right now.

I can't stop planning. I know its 14 months from now but I am already reading everything I can get my eyes on. I am driving the DW nuts. I am on here all the time looking at something different. I can't believe I have to wait another 4 months before I can even start looking at airfares. We are doing a 12 person Gathering and I want everything to be great, which I know it will be, because hey its Disney. I think I am going through Disney withdrawl.
