Anyone able to make ADR today?

I called 3 times today, the last time at 7pm and got the same answer. They must be having some serious technical problems.
 
I called at 7p EST and was told the system had been down all day and to call back tomorrow.
 

I called @8:20am CST today and spoke with a CM right away...she was able to check two restaurants on two different days without a problem (except that there was nothing available!) :headache:
 
I just call and it is still down and the lady said I should probably just call back tomorrow cause chances are it wont be back up tonight. :sad1:
 
I didn't have any luck a minute ago either. The CM sounded a little frazzled. I think they've been taking a lot of heat about it today. :sad2:
 
I just spoke to a CM who said they heard it'll be up within an hour bit she could have just been placating me!
 
Oh goodness, I hope nothing got messed up with current reservations! :scared1:

I bet the ADR's are fine. I was told it was down because they were doing the update to the system. The girl I talked to acted as if they knew it would be going down.
 
The girl I just talked to said it was a "major downage" and that I should try back tomorrow.

She didn't really sound like she knew what was going on :rotfl:

Hopefully everything is up and running and are ready for the large amount of calls they are going to receive tomorrow morning ;) .
 
:wizard: I just got off my shift and the system is still not working. I don't think it will be up until tomorrow a.m. at this point. It will be busy in the am!!!:surfweb:

I didn't make one ADR today it was sooo weird!

My January 09 trip is from 25- 30. Does it mean I have to wait till Oct when they finished upgrading their system in orde for me to make reservation? I seriously need the reservation for the Fantasmic! dinner package since they are cutting back on the show to only 2 shows a week. I already can see how crazy difficult it will be trying to get into the show.
 
I'm sorry, yes you will have to wait until the system is upgraded before you can make any ADR's for your trip except for Cinderella's Royal Table or Chef Mickey's.

The good news is that no one else that will be traveling during that time will be able to make any so as soon as it becomes available you can make your reservations and there will be plenty of openings.

cascarlet, any idea if the reservations system will be back up tomorrow morning? I sure need to switch some things around!
 
Hopefully it will be 7am!! I am sure they will be working through the night to make sure it is fixed. It not only effected our line but resort resies, tours, grand gatherings and the lot. I don't think we could take another day like this wdw wide!! :scared1:

btw - what happened today had nothing to do with the upgrade, but I couldn't tell you what caused it. :confused3 Not that I won't tell you, lol, I really don't know what happened but if I find out I'll let you know!!
