Anyone able to make ADR today?

I have called twice today and got the same person both times who said the system is updating and has no idea how long this would take so she couldn't check the availablity to make reservations. Anyone have any luck yet today in making ressies? I don't want to keep on calling and being put on hold long distance waiting to find out if the system is up yet. Thanks!

Same issue here. I called at 7am to make my CRT ressie for January 20 and everything worked. I went back to bed...DH just called twice and was told the same thing you were told. No idea when the system will be back on...

I was able to make a few ADRs around 10:00 today but it took much longer than normal. However, I have some friends who were trying to make their ADRs just a few minutes later than I did who were told the system was down and to try back later. As of 20 minutes ago, the system still down.

Hope you get the ADRs you want!

I called a couple times this afternoon as well. We just changed the date of our November trip and I am really nervous about not being able to get ANY ADR's so the fact that the system is down is really freaking me out!!

I made all of mine for Jan. trip this morning 7am. She said she could only make ressies through 1/25 because of the system changes. We arrive on the 20th, so we normally would have been able to make ressies this morning as far as 1/30. Lucky for me I didn't want any past the 25th. We get pretty sick of eating after a certain point, so we go with CS for the rest.

I was able to check on things this morning, but when I called this afternoon she said they were updating the system and to try back later this afternoon.

I tried 3 different times, got 3 different CMs and was told each time that their system was down. The last time I tried I was told they didn't expect it back up until early evening time.

I was able to make an ADR around 10:30 a.m. East Coast time this morning....And he was able to tell me about the ONLY TS places that had availability in the MK for the night I wa slooking for.....

Yeah, I was told to call back after 6:00 pm. I guess it varies by CM.

I had all my plans made and not that I had to change my dates I am freaking out about not being able to get ANY of my desired reservations!

Us as well we had all of our dining planned out for the end of august and now there were too many of us at work who wanted to take vacation at the same time so I had to change my plans and trying to get dining for next week is killing me(not that I actually expect to get anything that we originally wanted). Hopefully the system will be up soon.

The CM answered by saying they were having technical difficulty. I just needed a confirmation number I had misplaced.

She said try later tonight or tomorrow. I susoect something went very wrong and it will just take time to put everything back in order.

I'll be interested to hear how this is affecting people's dining plans who are actually AT WDW right now! Surely this system is hooked into the kiosks at the restaurants. I wonder if they're able to access anyone's ADRs at the podiums?
