Yes, it's Mayim Bialik. I find her extremely irritating! In fact, this whole show is extremely irritating, yet I just can't stop watching it! I've been watching from the beginning and it's just the stupidest show on television but it's like an addiction!

I told my 19 yr old dd, and she had no clue who she was.
She was also on the show, where they through out all your clothes, and you get $5,000 to purchase new clothes. I can only remember one of the host's Stacey.
Anyway, me and my dd-19 decided to watch it this evening, because her little cousin, my niece was telling us all about it. We are shocked that a 9 year is allowed to watch this show, or was the show really over the top tonite.

I did laugh, when Josie Bissett said to her, "you look really familiar". I think it was a great line, because I'm betting everyone was trying to place her. I told my dd, that she had her own show when she was a pre-teen, teenager.

Yes! Since episode 1 when Amy announced that she was pregnant. I think you could make a drinking game out of this show...every time someone says the word "sex" you drink! Really, it's like every other word.

That is so true -- I try to count how many times it is said and now last night they have added "oral" to it.

why did they ruin it by putting Mayim Bialik on it?...I found it very hard to believe that they would hire someone as a guidance counselor who was fired from her last job for dating/having sex with a student?..and do you really think that every kid who goes to high school gives the school and the counselor their cell phone #'s?..I find that whole storyline very hard to believe!

I am right there with you. The acting is awful. The dialogue is poor. But somehow I can't turn away. It's like watching a train wreck.

I told my mom that I should make a drinking game out of watching it on Monday nights if I did not have to be up so early for class the next morning. I have a feeling that by the first commericial break things would start to feel fuzzy.

I like the idea of making it into a drinking game. Goodness knows one could really get sloshed after eatching just one episode, lol. I am guilty of watching it. The acting is poor but it's a train wreck that you don't want to miss. I agree with the cell phone numbers. My mom and I discussed that one, it made no sense. Just another unrealistic piece to add to the puzzle.

The amount of times they say "sex" is really getting to me. It's making me want more. I taped all the episodes from Sunday and Monday. I finally finished watching them today. DH will be very happy that I'm done watching them. I've been running him ragged the last couple of days.
