Anybody Want Some TIGGER TAILS?

If I was going to make Tigger Tails where would I get the caramel from??
Not much of a cook but they look like I could create them ok

at the grocery store, in the candy aisle, you'll find bags of little individually wrapped caramels. it's kind of a pain to unwrap them all for melting, but i think it only takes about a dozen per 6 Tigger Tails.
