I'm not trying to be disrespectful, infact I think it's MUCH more disrespectful to try to get people online to spam someone's email address because you don't like them.

"Teaching her a lesson" doesn't actually work, from my experiance (sorry!!)

Trust me, my friend and I have had on/off problems all this school year. You need to talk it out with her. No could shoulder. No "witchy" comments.

You just need to be mature, reasonable. Listen to her side of the story. Tell her how you feel.

Don't get others to do all the work. It gets too many people involved, and makes the situation 10 times worse.

So stop. Calm down. Listen. Talk.

You need to stop letting her get to you. It's not hard to ignore someone, just step AWAY from the computer when she IM's you. LEAVE the room if she tries to talk to you at school.

So there's this 'other' site that sole purpose is talking about the threads on the DIS. Except it's monitored a lot less strictly so they can basically say whatever they want. It's not necassarily a bad site, especially when you need to get something off your chest that can't really be said on the DIS. So basically, a lot of their threads have links to the DIS in them.

Anyways, the theory is that in an attempt to re-direct said links it backfired and all the people who clicked on links from the DIS were sent over to this 'other' site. For some reason, that made the moderators ban 40 or so random people who were members on that site. Some were even on vacation.

There was a huge outrage after that banning which continually results in more and more people getting banned for weird reasons. So now there's over 100 that have been banned from the DIS in the last month.

The webmasters won't explain it because they say their legal counsel won't let them. I could say more but...I won't.
