Yep I use them. I like the swapping feature.
However, what I don't like is that you can't have more than one card per person for each of the reward programs.
What I mean is that for some of the reward programs I ended up with more than one account (like when you stay at a hotel once for work for pleasure and you use 2 separate addresses). So I now have two accounts and two cards for the same loyalty rogram. I can't put them BOTH on the Points.com website and try and combine the two cards.
Another problem is my wife and I both have cards for some loyalty rewards programs and are collecting points separately (I have no idea how that happened). But again, because we are only able to put one card in one profile we can't combine the points.
To top it all off, some reward programs won't let you swap points unless you have a certain amount of points already built up. Again I go back to ahving 2 cards with same program. Combined I would have enough points between the two accounts, but individually I don't.
Pretty much my problems with the system is the actual programs themselves and not with Points.com. So far I have been using them to increase my Aeroplan points and haven't had too much of a problem with it. Consider me a supporter of the site.
