Anybody use Favor Frenzy?

I am really upset with the Favor Frenzy website. I ordered my guest book and pen and a few other things and it was supposedly shipped 05/04/08. I have not received it.
I have made contact with them via email and they yeah yeah yeah me and now I'm really angry. There are no pHONE NUMBERS FOR THEM,so IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT I may not get back my money or the items I paid for, but what really blows is now I need to rush a guest book and pen from somewhere else and chance it not arriving on time.
ARRGGH.
If you haven't used them don't! I'm not just being bridezilla, they have had ample time to correct this and haven't.

Well, it won't get you a guest book any faster, but try doing a chargeback on your credit card since they never delivered...

And you should contact the better buisness bureau. They can help a lot and might be able to get your money back for you.

That stinks! I would do what both the other girls advise. I'd go to the BBB and try your credit card company. I hope this is the only bump on your way to the altar!
