Anybody purchase resale recently?

I've never used DVC by Resale before, I usually use TSS. Anywho, I am purchasing 50 points for VWL with an October UY to add on to our points will give us a grand total of 202 points. It went for FROR on 11/22 how long is it currently taking? Anyone have a clue?

On a side note, I'm hoping for 25 more points with an Oct UY then I can sell my 27 with an April UY. I was just too anxious for more points and added on
I'm guessing I'm not the only one whose done that.

We submitted a contract to ROFR on 11/7 and received our notice of passing on 11/30 same day as GrnMtnMan.
